RECENT NEWS/EVENTS Claussen Plant Sale
SPRING IS HERE and it is time to start planting. You don’t have to make a trip to the nursery. Partners in Education will be selling various annuals and perennials plants. This is our LAST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR. Help support Partners in Educations projects by buying and selling plants. Our fundraiser starts May 7. Deadline for turning in your orders is 5/16. Payment due on 5/16.
Orders can be picked up on Tuesday, May 22 from 2:30-6:00 pm under the overhang at front doors of Jericho Elementary School.

May MeetingPRICE CHOPPER Have you signed up for Price Chopper's school program? Help your school earn money by simple doing your weekly shopping at Price Chopper and our school earns valuable points that we can then use to purchaes needed items for our teachers.Echo Pass Need a fun weekend activity for your family? Visit the school library and check out the Echo Pass. With this pass, you will receive admission to Echo for $20 per family (up to 2 adults and 3 kids).Want to be more involved with PIE? HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?We need your support in a variety of ways.
Be an organizer. We need people to take the lead, gather a small group and get things going. We have TONS of background information on every event ever done at JES so you never have to reinvent the wheel.
Volunteer. There are so many ways to volunteer your time. Just ONE hour a year goes a long way! Join a committee, set up a display case, set up or cleaning up after an event, change the outdoor school sign, etc.
Bake. Good old fashioned bake sales never go away. There are several events throughout the year where people count on Partners in Education to provide baked goods and refreshments.
Meetings. Meetings are held monthly at JES in the music room. EVERYONE is encouraged and welcome to attend. We meet the first Thursday of each month from 6:30- 8:00 pm. The monthly meetings are a great way to get informed on what’s happening in the school community and voice your thoughts and ideas.
